Shipping Policies

- All items typically leave our store in 2-21 business days. This is our handling time, and does not include time in transit. The time in transit is shown when you check out. Handling time may be longer depending on if this item is currently in stock in the quantities you ordered.

- All items ship at buyers risk. All item will be packed reasonably. Glass ships at your own risk. No returns on glass or damaged ingredients.

- No returns on ingredients or chemicals. Faulty equipment may be returned 14 days from the day you received it. All shipping costs will be covered. After 14 days, all sales are final.

- If you are unhappy with your equipment, but find no fault in the equipment, you may return it 7 days from the day you received it. You must pay for return shipping. If there is a manufacturing defect, you may return the equipment at Brewstock's cost for 14 days after receiving your item.

-None of our equipment carries a warranty through our store.

-Your item may not ship using the same service provider or same shipping service you choose at checkout due to our pick up schedule and other constraints. We cannnot guarantee that your item will ship via UPS if you choose UPS. We cannot guarantee that your item with ship Priority, Express or Overnight if you choose these options. Due to when and how other packages are shipping, or if we think there is a better delivery option that will get your package out a day earlier, we may choose to use that option. you will be notified if there is any change in your shipment.
